I grew up down in Southern California in the city of Glendora. When I was a Freshman in High school I set a goal for myself to graduate in 3 years. I worked hard and was able to accomplish my first goal of graduating with only 3 years of high school. I then went to Cosmetology school. I stopped halfway through when I got pregnant with my first child. I was a teenage mom but determined to make a good life for my son. I then moved to Northern California when my son was a year and half old. We lived in a few places until we settled down in a small town called Placerville. I was able to finish Cosmetology school and then proceeded to get my license. Shortly after moving to Northern California I met and married my ex husband and had 2 more children. When my youngest was 4 yrs old I decided to open my own salon specializing in children and disabled individuals. It was very rewarding. Unfortunately my divorce forced me to close my business. I then decided to go to nursing school. Taking care of people is a passion of mine. I graduated from Medical Assisting school with special Honors and quickly went to work in my new career. Knowing that I was making a difference everyday to improve someone’s life was such an amazing feeling. After 12 years of working in the medical field I was medically forced to give it up. Being home was not for me. I needed a way to still help people and it not be so hard on my body so I decided to join the Real Estate world. Here I can help people with the next chapter of their lives and know that I am still making a difference.
