Lacey has over 25 years of experience working in customer service, administration, and sales with the last 10 years being in real estate exclusively. She is a very detail oriented person and has learned the importance of being a good listener. Lacey was born and raised in Douglas County and has lived her whole life in Southern Douglas County, graduating from Riddle High School and Umpqua Community College. She knows the area very well and enjoys small town living. She was a board member with the Myrtle Creek Chamber of Commerce for several years and she was awarded the 2022 Woman of the Year. She is currently on the board with the Douglas County Association of Realtors. When she is not working she enjoys traveling, camping, photography, and spending time involved with her children’s activities.
